*Attendees will receive slides following the WUF meeting. Please note some speakers may choose not to release their slides.

WUF has a green initiative, so instead of cutting down trees to make paper program books, we are cutting down on the use of paper and going electronic, which also cuts costs for the society as a whole. A link to the electronic version of the program book will be available on the website one week before the meeting.

Early Registration Deadline

Meeting registration forms must be received by the WUF Executive Office by December 12, 2023 to receive the discounted early registration rate. All forms received after this deadline will be assessed the regular registration fee.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the WUF Executive Office no later than December 12, 2023. All refund requests will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after 12/12/2023.
